[Standard] Method of Operation

Checks:

• Has an owner with a link to his Github Profile
• Should contain the following parts:
  • Title + time
  • A list of prerequisites
  • A list of steps
    • A Name and aproximate time to complete
    • A how to
    • A way to check that the step has been completed appropriately
  • Troubleshooting (optional)
• Title should be prefixed by [MO]
• File name should be kebab case and suffixed by .mo
• Is referenced in the root README.MD and SUMMARY.MD

Bad Examples

Example 1: [MO] Debug Javascript on an iOS Device

• There is no owner
• No time is mentionned
• No checks are mentionned
• Troubleshooting is not in its own part
